What does working with Felix look like?
Signing up and getting started with Felix is simple. Once you decide to get started, you will fill out a short questionnaire about your business, your current structure and workflows, and give us an idea of what you’re looking to achieve.
After submitting a Discovery questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to set up a schedule a consultation call with us to talk through your business and goals at a deeper level. These calls typically last about 30 minutes.
You’ll then have the option to subscribe to one of our plans that fits your company best.
Once you’re subscription is confirmed, we’ll begin your onboarding that includes a detailed onboarding guide, subscription management dashboard, a custom Trello Board where you can begin submitting projects and tasks for us to begin tackling. We’ll typically start your subscription 7 days after signing up to give us enough time for setting up tool access before billing begins.
Is it really free to start?
Yes! It costs you nothing to submit your discovery questionnaire and to schedule a consultation call.
It’s 100% your call if / when you’d like to subscribe to kick off work with us, no pressure!
How do your subscription plans differ?
Our subscriptions are structured as either a “build” plan or a “maintenance” plan.
Build Plans: Our build plans are for businesses that are actively building new workflows, integrations, automations, and data configurations. Projects considered to be part of a “build” phase may be things like workflow audit or architecture, process mapping, creating new automations, data architecture, or data migration.
Maintenance Plans: When we have completed and are satisfied with new implementations in the build phase, your business can downgrade your plan to a maintenance plan where we will actively monitor your tools, accounts, integrations, and automations for things like downtime, bugs, and authentication errors. This way, you can keep your eyes on what matters most while we give you peace of mind that everything is working as it should.
You have the flexibility to change your plan at any time between build & maintenance.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your build or maintenance subscription, you can do so at any time. Once your subscription is cancelled, we will close down your active Trello board, and will begin transitioning any tool logins and passwords back to you for your safekeeping.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, Felix is no longer able to assist in building, maintaining, or monitoring any of the tools, automations, or workflows created. You must re-subscribe for us to begin work again.
Is Felix a real person?
Only in spirit ;). Felix’s persona is that of someone you’d hire as a part-time expert to help with your business systems, processes, automations, and organization. Consider Felix as an on-demand employee who can help organize, simplify, and automate all of the items in your business that create unnecessary “busy”.
Felix, in reality, is an agency of real folks who are passionate about supporting entrepreneurs get the most out their tools and create new systems and processes that enable them to get their most important work done without all of the extra bloat of manual tasks that can bog you down.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
With Felix there are no long-term contracts or commitments. Felix bills per month at the start of each month. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will have access to our services until the end of that calendar month before your subscription billing is cancelled. After that, there is no commitment to continue.
Do my subscription hours roll over?
If you are subscribed to a “build” plan, any unused hours you have for the month can roll over to the next billable month only. If they remain unused in the following month, the unused hours will be forfeited.
If you find you have forfeited hours, you can always schedule a pause on your subscription for 60 days before resuming billing.
How does pausing my subscription work?
At any point working with Felix, you may “pause” your subscription. Pausing your subscription means that you are asking to stop any active build work or active maintenance. During your pause, no work or monitoring will be done by Felix.
However, we will keep your Trello board live and we will retain access to your tools, should you decide to un-pause.
You may only pause your subscription for a maximum of 90 days in a calendar year, and up to 30 consecutive days. Felix will automatically resume billing after 30 consecutive days have passed, or you have paused for 90 total days in a year.
How does the "Slot" system work?
Felix’s desire is to grow thoughtfully and sustainably. We want to ensure that all of our clients have quick communication, great service, and a great experience.
For this reason, Felix offers limited “slots” for businesses and entrepreneurs. We want to always ensure enough proper staffing to deliver the best for our friends, which means we may not always be able to take on new clients.
If you are unable to immediately secure an open slot, you can join our open waitlist. New clients will be contacted in order of joining the waitlist.
New slots may open up periodically if we expand our staff, or a happy client transitions from a maintenance plan and begins self-managing their workflows.

If I'm a past client, can I re-subscribe and skip the line?
At this time, unfortunately, if you fully unsubscribe from Felix you will need to re-join the waitlist queue. You can always downgrade your plan to a maintenance plan to retain your access and priority, and can always upgrade when you’re ready to build again!
